טקס פרסי הגיימינג הסתיים ממש לפני כמה דקות ויש לנו זוכה באופן רשמי. משחק השנה שלנו לשנת 2023 הוא , כשהוא גובר על משחקים כמו Alan Wake 2, Marvel's Spider-Man 2 ו-Tears of the Kingdom.המשחק גם זכה בעוד ארבעה פרסים, כולל תצוגת המשחק הטובה ביותר של ניל ניובורן. Alan Wake 2 הוא ללא ספק אחד הזוכים הגדולים של האירוע, כשהוא גורף 3 פרסים שונים, כולל פרס הבימוי והסיפור. זהו, זאת רשימת הזוכים ומזל טוב לכל המפתחים שהיו מועמדים וכמובן לאלו שזכו. אני כמובן מאוד מתוסכל מחלק מהבחירות (והמועמדויות כמובן), אבל בשנה כל-כך מטורפת וכל-כך מדהימה, מרגיש לי קצת מטומטם להתלונן בטקס שחוגג את שנת הגיימינג הזאת. מזכיר לכולם שכתבות סוף השנה יתחילו להגיע אלינו בקצב עם רשימת משחקי השנה לפי ציונים, פסקולי השנה וכמובן הסיכום השני של הצוות.

שיתביישו להם שהם השאירו את הוגוורטס לגאסי בחוץ בגלל הסופרת בסופו של דבר זה יתנקם בהם ואני ממש מקווה שככה יקרה

מסע אני לא רוצה להיכנס לזה. מוזמן ללכת להקשיב לפודקאסט שעשינו באיפה הצ׳קפוינט לקראת הטקס ולשמוע כמה אני מתעצבן על הנושא. עם כל הכבוד לזה שהם אומרים שהם לא מכניסים פוליטיקה, הצוות שמחליט על איזה משחקים ראויים להיות ברשימה פשוט עשה עוול למשחק הזה סתם כדי להימנע מהתרעמות של לוחמי מקלדת בטוויטר.
